Week of July 16 to 22

Week of July 16 to 22:

One last sleep and the Sylvan ½ is here. Wouldn’t you know it, today a hell breaks loose at work so my head has been everywhere but in the race.

I thought that I was prepared after my swim last night but I now have the little doubters tapping me on my shoulder.

This week’s training was a good; a 54km ride including 4 good-sized hills and a 1400m / 38 minute swim. I’m worried that because my mind has been on my work tonight it will take away from the race tomorrow.
