Tri-ing to stay young!

Feb 25, 2008: I cowered out! Maybe it was the extra glass of wine last night or just old age demanding a day off. I switched off the alarm at 5:30 and rolled over for another hour of shuteye. The result was I felt like S___ all day. I find it amazing what a little guilt can do an awful lot to cure brief bouts of selfishness. Off to study for the exam. Talk with you tomorrow.
