Monday Swim

Up bright and early - 5:30 AM and off to the pool. I struggled through 2100 M in 75 minutes with the kick drills knocking the H___ out of my legs. I’m now to the point that I can get across the 25M with a flutter board so I guess that I’m improving. I finished with a timed 500 M - 15 Minutes which means that my 800M swim at the UBC sprint should be in the 21 to 25 minute range. I think that I’ve mentioned this before but I sure can’t wait until May and the open lake swims. There is nothing nicer than being able to pull yourself through the water in a wet suit!
Time to study and take my bike for it’s 150 Km check-up. 2 more sleeps until my real estate exam!
