This morning’s run was at the lakes. I did one loop plus an out and back. Craig O joined me and Matty this morning and we chatted a bit about Nationals and training etc. I was breathing a bit too hard for my liking but I think with the lighter week coming up I should be ok by next weekend. Meanwhile, Juice ran with Glenn and Jessalyn and did two loops! Way to go! After seeing my bro off, we went downtown in and had a great brunch at Ferris’ and then did some walking around in the sunshine!
