AM Recovery Run & PM Plyos 1:06:16

I ran a 30 minute recovery run this morning with Juice at Cedar Hill. I felt really good and had to hold myself back…this was supposed to be an easy run. Juice reminded me several times! Ha!

I squeezed in a really quick plyometrics session with Dave and Syl after work. we met at the UVic track for a warm-up and then ran through the same 6 plyo drills that Paul gave us last week but this time did just 2 sets. My legs felt pretty heavy in the first couple of reps but then perked up as the session went along. Syl had me cracking up with all his complaints. I think Dave thinks we’re kooky…yep! This session was followed by a massage with Kim Ward. That was great timing!
