I got in a good singing session this morning. My audition for UVic will be next week sometime according to Benj. I just have to pin a time down with Robert, my accompanist.

I ran at Cedar Hill after work. I bumped into Charlene on her way to a PIH WO so I ran with her until she had to leave the trail. I ran another loop and a half and then bumped into Syl who was taking Cherry for a run. She was such a god girl. Syl was all over the place though and was impossible to control! Ha! My legs felt a bit stiffer today on the hills so I gave them a break and didn’t push at all. I want to feel good for tomorrow’s track session.
