Spin & Recovery Run 46:26

I did a 30 minute spin first thing this morning. I was running a bit late so I asked Juice to make our fruit smoothie while I was on the trainer calling out the ingredients and amounts so it was done just as I stepped off the bike…mmmm!

I decided to give the trails at the base of Mount Doug a try tonight. I had to do 45 minutes at a recovery pace so Juice and I figured we could just bop around the trails there for a change. The trails there a very beautiful although I think a 30 minute run would work better since we had to double back a couple of times.

When I got home I was in the mood for the curry chicken recipe that I like making so we had that and then had quiet night in.

It’s the long weekend!!!!!!!
