Juice did his track wo this morning at UVic on his own. He did 10 x 400m, the wo IRR did last night. His times were perfect starting out at 89 and working them down to 83. I took a quick break from work and jogged over to the track getting there just as he was doing his second-last interval. He looked really smooth!
Today was my scheduled day off. I am enjoying this 7-day cycle and changing up my days off every week. I took advantage of being home right after work tonight and made a big batch of chicken soup with the broth I made from Sunday’s left-over chicken bones. I added a bunch of vegetables to the broth and froze it all…great for lunches at work.
