I started the day with a very relaxed run at Cedar Hill. My legs feel better…yay!

OCal gave me a 15 minute sub-tempo run. I decided to run on my own at the lakes so I would run how I felt rather than running harder than I should trying to hold someone else’s pace. I did a 12 minute wu, then picked it up just a bit for 5 minutes to ease into things, then ran faster for another 10 minutes. My legs were still stiff so I just concentrated on staying relaxed and keeping the turn-over quick and light. On the warm-down I stopped for a few minutes to do some Pose drills and easy strides. These felt good!

It was Barb’s 50th b-day today! Selena had a party for her and everyone had a blast! Happy Birthday Barb!!
