Easy Spin and Run 44:49

I did an easy 30 minutes on the trainer to try and loosen up the legs. I forgot that the bike was off the trainer so I that extra time to set it back up had me running running around like a mad-woman trying to get to work on time.
The 45 minute run after work was at an easy pace with Dave. My legs still felt tender but I was expecting that. We had a nice cruise around the UVic trails.
