No running for me today but I got a good singing practice in this morning.
Slaw forwarded me an email from Ryan Day today. A friend of Ryan’s works for an athletic casting agency in Vancouver. They are looking for a female runner for a commercial that will be shot next week. I sent some photos of me running and it looks like they are interested in having me come in for a 10 minute audition. The thing is, it’s on Thursday afternoon so it might be tight making it back in time for the race. The agency is working on getting me in earlier so we’ll see. It pays extremely well, so if I have to miss the race, it will be worth it.
Squintch is back in town!!!! We had a great visit tonight and we got him all tucked in, in the spare room! We spent the evening laughing at his Artic Adventure stories!
