Work was crazy today…non-stop and it should be getting quiet with all the graduate students gone! The day ended on a good note though. I got a call from the agency and I have an audition for that commercial at 1pm tomorrow so I will be able to get there and back in time for the race. It will be a whirl-wind day, that’s for sure!

I did an easy 30 minutes with Juice adding a few pick-ups in that last 10 minutes with some strides afterwards. We popped by OCal’s place to give him his pass and to chat a bit about the race. I have done so little since Saturday but I know I need the rest if I want to have the energy to race well tomorrow and again Saturday. Can I just whine a bit about the fact that my period arrived today?! Honestly, I couldn’t believe it! I apologize to all who read this and are disgusted…tough titty!

Syl popped over and dropped off some choice coffee that he picked up for us in Nelson. We were so happy to see him…it’s been a while. He stayed for some grub and of course an Americano from barista Mar!
