Juice came home yesterday! He had a great trip and the concert he said, was fun. The weather in London was incredibly warm so he timed that trip well!
I was in a deep sleep when the alarm went off this morning. I opened our kitchen blinds to see that it was still dark and raining. By the time I had my coffee and breakfast though, the clouds had almostcompletely cleared away and I could see blue skies. That’s Victoria for you! So, we got our runs done today without getting rained on. The morning run was done on the Camsoun trails, the afternoon run was a loop fromm Lochside, around Christmas Hill, over to Swan Lake and back on Lochside. Both runs felt smooth. I am vegging on the couch under a blankie tonight!!
