Short Runs for Shorty

Things are still progressing along nicely. The elliptical runs are now “Let’s just get this the heck over with” workouts where I stick the earphones in, put my head down and pray for the time to fly. It usually doesn’t. That’s ok. It won’t be long before I’ll be off that thing. I get so excited to get dressed and head outside for my runs. I feel like a little kid! It’s tough to stop once my time is up and 30′ sure flies when you’re having fun!
Saturday: am: 30′ flat trail run
pm: 60′ steady elliptical run [Total: 90']
Sunday: 90′ easy/steady elliptical run [Total: 90']
Monday: 30′ hilly trail run
pm: 60′ steady elliptical run + strength/core [Total: 90']
Tuesday: am 30′ hilly trail run
pm: 60′ steady elliptical run [Total: 90']
Wednesday: am: 30′ flat trail run
pm: 10′ wu, 8 x 5′ (1′), 10′ wd [Total: 97']
Thursday : am: 30′ flat trail run
pm: 60′ easy elliptical run + strength [Total: 90']
Friday (Today): Off


wow. i’m speechless and beside msyelf, although soon as you got the first 15′ under your legs, i knew it would tumble exponentially into a mega snowball.
this is very cool…..
we can run 10 milers again sooner than any doctor would have recommended.
