I joined Ased for an easy run this afternoon. We met at the Blue Bridge and then ran on the Songhees Walkway, Ased turned back a little early but I carried on to the West Bay Marina before turning around and making my way back towards work.

It was a slow slog out to the Breakwater today; the legs just didn’t have any get up and go. What they did have was a ton of stiffness and soreness. Hopefully the long soak I took in a salt bath tonight has drawn some of that out and tomorrows run will feel better.
