Ased and I decided to head down the Songhees again this afternoon thinking that it wouldn’t be too busy but holy s*!t were we ever wrong, it was stupid busy! With the gorgeous weather we got today I think everyone was trying to get in some last minute sun time. We ran into and with Packman’s neighbor, Doug, for a short bit and got caught up on T’s babysitting gig last night (which apparently went very well. T is pumped about getting some more jobs so if you know anyone looking for a sitter… We also had Steve B blow by us, he was running a tempo run today and was flying!

My plan for tomorrow is to run another “Ease back into it” interval session and it’s not looking like I’ll have any company so am thinking that I’ll keep it a little shorter and run some 1km intervals. It will be easier to keep myself honest with a specific distance to run rather than a time.
