At 12:05 I met up with the Dirgedude and Sheldon at the Blue Bridge, we ran through town to Beacon Hill Park and then ran an exploratory four mile figure eight course around the park to test out the route for next Thursday’s workout. It will be a tough course!

I was able to join the Dirgedude, Sheldon and Syl at Beacon Hill Park this afternoon for the 3 mile loop workout. I got in a good warm up from work to the Petting Zoo and then ran with the trio down to the start of the figure 8 loop by Dallas Road.
