It was another easy run on the Breakwater route this afternoon. My only companions being my shadow and the Tool playing in my ears.

I went out for an easy run on the Breakwater route at lunch, had the MP3 player in and tuned everything else out which made for a very enjoyable afternoon.

Other than the spectacular weather we had today there was not much else on the go. Work was pretty slow so the run this afternoon was a wonderful break.

This morning Roz treated me to my birthday present, a breakfast at Mo:lé, and it was so very yummy!!!
