I wend out for my third easy run this week and the legs are loving me! I got out later than normal so missed the 12:05 Gang but did see a really fast tri guy out on his bike as I was cruising down the Goose.

It has been an incredible day! No end to the volunteers, incredible weather, and a great tready run…
I will do a better count tomorrow but with the initial guess it looks like we raised around $700 with the car wash and I got in a 60+km run on the treadmill.

Ran easy to the Breakwater today and the legs are feeling good.
Not too sure how tomorrow is going to go, hopefully enough volunteers will show up, the weather will cooperate and I wake up feeling ready to roll out some mileage on the tready.
