Other than the run out to Brentwood a couple of weeks ago I’ve not put in any weekend training for the last few weeks and this weekend was another sans training. Social activities took precedence this weekend. Friday was the Opening Ceremony Celebration/Send off party for the Canadian Triathlon Team at Fort Street Cycle and then a night of volleyball on the Rooftop of the Stickey Wicket and then some eats and a couple of pints at Garricks Head.
Saturday was a Mo:Lé morning and then some time helping Uncle Jimmy clean his basement followed up with some UFC action and then later that night a housewarming party.
Sunday morning I recieved a call from St.J and we threw together an impromtu breakfast for the guys at the Heron Rock Bistro and then spent the rest of the morning and afternoon doing errands. Last night a few of us went out and watched the new Batman movie.
