I’ve had the last two days off from ACME, I did go in Monday because there was already a few people off, and used them to get some ‘me’ time.
On Tuesday morning I got in a brilliant run at Thetis with my new pair of Cascadias that the Westshore Boys hooked me up with! I then spent the rest of the day visiting with a friend, some time at a local stable watching them ride, lunch at the Noodle Box and then a wander downtown. Today I made it out for another awesome run, this time along Dallas making my way to Beach Drive and Willows and then winding my way back home through town.
I did work tonight, a back stock shift at MEC, and am heading back to ACME rather reluctantly tomorrow morning - I need to find a job where I can cut my workload down to about one 4 to 8 hour day - I’d like some more ‘me’ time!
