Wallball is my new favorite exercise

It was a busy day on all fronts.  Month end at work, CrossFit at lunch, presentation at the “Y” with Packman after work, home for a check in with T then out again for an easy run along Dallas and around Trafalgar Park with some company, and finally a grocery shop with T to get us set up for lunches for the next few days and grab us something for dinner.

CrossFit Workout of the Day

“Official” Warmup
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of
Samson Stretch
Overhead Squat
Ab-Mat Sit-up
Back-extension
Pull-up/Push-up
Rings/Bench dips

Buy In:
1 Set of  Wallball x 10
1 Set of  Wallball 2 fer 1’s x 10 (These are nasty hard to do and cause a serious burn in the legs, but I really enjoyed doing them)

WOD – “Isabel Split”
30 Split Snatch for time (30#)

My time was: 3’21″

Cash Out:
Dynamax ball ab exercise with partner
2 sets Mule kicks X 10
10 X Situp and pass
10 X Pass with pushup
10 each side Side ways pass

When we started working with Deanna she asked us to start keeping track of our nutrition and chart the info somehow.  I’ve been neglecting that part of the program so far but was called on it (again) today.

After the workout today I gave my word that I’ll post my daily nutrition info on here and in thinking about how to do that have figured that posting each days meals on the next days blog will be the easiest way to go.

So… prepare to be amazed with how crappy I eat.  Although now that I am going to have to post it all I will probably start eating better just so that I don’t look like an idiot :-)

I’ll start posting my nutrition stuff tomorrow…
