Good and busy

It’s been a good and busy day.  The day started off with the 10am class at Crossfit Zone with a couple of special guests, PanPan and Lindsaylator, then breakfast at Mo:Lé, a quick shop at MEC, home to get cleaned up, a wander downtown, some shopping and lunch at the Garricks Head (I had the Sweet potato & chic pea burger – it was awesome) with St.J and Beddall and then the rest of the day has been hang time at home.

  • Medicine Ball Throw: 5.05m
  • Max Shoulder Press: 85#
  • Max Pullups: 6 (with blue band)
  • Max double unders or single skips in 120 seconds: 233 single
  • 2000M Row: 7’46″

Medicine Ball Bowling
- This was fun.  Cam had set up 10 dumbbells of differing weights at one end of the gym and the idea was to roll a medicine ball across the floor and knock as many of them down as you could.  You were allowed 3 rolls, your score was tallied by the amount of weight you knocked over and the winner was awarded a Crossfit Zone t-shirt.  Unfortunately I did not win :-(
