Breakfast:
1 Low Fat Turkey Bacon breakfast sandwich (Starbucks)
Morning Shake:
- 1 scoop 100% natural Kaizen Whey Protein powder (24g protein)
- 1 tsp of Ascenta NutraSea fish oil (4.65g fish oil, 1500mg Omega-3)
- 8oz water
Snack:
1 banana
1 ea hard boiled egg
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
6 ea grape tomatoes
Lunch:
1 X veggie wrap (green salad mix & green pepper)
1 apple
1 cup of grapes
1 avacado
Snack:
1 ea hard boiled egg
1/4 cup tamari almonds
1 pkg baby cut carrots (65g)
Dinner:
175g butternut squash agnolotti & creamy prosciutto w/vodka sauce
2 X pita with hummous
Snack
1 cup of grapes
Evening Shake:
