Breakfast:
2pkg Natures Path original oatmeal with cinnamon and honey

Morning Shake:
- 1 scoop 100% natural Kaizen Whey Protein powder (24g protein)
- 1 tsp of Ascenta NutraSea fish oil (4.65g fish oil, 1500mg Omega-3)
- 8oz water

Lunch:
Large green salad (romain lettuce, grape tomatoes, celery, carrots, feta cheese, green pepper, avacado, snap peas with a grape seed oil and balsamic vinegar dressing)
2 pieces of grilled tuna

Dinner:
10 pieces of sushi

Snack
1 cup of grapes & snap peas

Daily Fluid intake:
1 large no whip mocha
3 X 341ml Phillips Blue Buck
2 X 750ml water
