Monday morning blahs

I almost stayed in bed this morning, and not for any particular reason… just didn’t feel much like getting up?  I think I hit my snooze button about a dozen times, that’s five minutes per hit which works out to just over an hour of snooze buttoning!

Once I did get up and out of bed I was dragging ass getting my stuff together before heading out the door to work.  I did make it on time, barely, and then was zombie like until lunch rolled around.  Once I was able to lace up the Nimbus and get out on the road for a run things were all good, the afternoon zipped by, and my work day came to an end quickly.

I hit Crossfit Zone after work and got hit by a sweat storm during today’s WOD.

Back-extension
Pull-up/Push-up
Rings/Bench dips

  • 15 KB swings (35#)
  • 10 Double crunch
  • 100 jump rope

WOD – “Where’s Tom?” for time
5 Rounds of:

  • 5 reps barbell thrusters (65#)
  • 5 reps kipping pullups
