Breakfast:
1 pkg Natures Path original oatmeal with cinnamon and honey and almond milk
Lunch:
1 bowl chili (ground turkey, black beans, kidney beans, green pepper, onion, garlic, corn niblets, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes & ground beef)
1 cheese bun
Dinner:
1 bowl chili (ground turkey, black beans, kidney beans, green pepper, onion, garlic, corn niblets, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes & ground beef)
Snack:
1 bowl of air popped popcorn with butter
Daily Fluid intake:
1 venti no whip mocha
2 X 750ml water
1 X 750ml nuun
1 X 330ml Corona











Where’s your protein???? You need to eat over 100 grams per day!
No good excuse… I was lazy with my food prep : (
And I see that I missed logging my dinner… another bowl of chili.
