Morning Shake:
- 1 scoop 100% natural Kaizen Whey Protein powder (24g protein)
- 8oz unsweeted vanilla almond milk
Breakfast:
1 pkg Natures Path original oatmeal with cinnamon and honey and almond milk
Lunch:
2 chicken and cheese Cannoli in tomato sauce
1 piece of toast
Dinner:
1 veggy burger with lettuce and tomoato
1 salmon burger with lettuce and tomoato
½ cup of pistachio nuts
½ cup of noodle salad
½ cup of broccli salad
½ cup of quinoa salad
1 small piece of cake
1 small piece of apple rhubarb crumble
Evening Shake:
- 1 scoop 100% natural Kaizen Whey Protein powder (24g protein)
- 8oz unsweeted vanilla almond milk
Daily Fluid intake:
1 cup of coffee
3 X 750ml water
