Morning Shake:
- 1 scoop 100% natural Kaizen Whey Protein powder (24g protein)
- 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Breakfast:
1 pkg Natures Path original oatmeal with cinnamon, honey and almond milk

Snack:
1 hard boiled egg
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
6 ea grape tomatoes
1 banana

Lunch:
1 large green salad
1 hard boiled egg
1 cup grapes

Dinner:
1 artichoke (steamed with a butter, cumin, dill sauce)
½ cup jasmine rice

Snack:
1 bowl hot air popped popcorn with butter

Evening Shake:
- 1 scoop 100% natural Kaizen Whey Protein powder (24g protein)
- 2 tsp of Ascenta NutraSea fish oil (4.65g fish oil, 1500mg Omega-3/tsp)
- 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Daily Fluid intake:
2 cups of coffee
3 X 750ml water
