The heat wave continues

I am loving this weather… the hotter the better

I met up with Andrew G for a sweet, sweltering, sweat inducing shuffle to the Breakwater at lunch – we kept the pace comfortable and enjoyed the wicked summery scenery along the route.

Will be hitting Crossfit Zone in a couple of hours for today’s WOD and then the plan is to kick back and enjoy the evening.
