I know it’s going to be ugly but I’m super stoked to take another shot at this workout. If you want to see me in some pain come check me out during the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Victoria “Fight Gone Bad” Charitable Event at Crossfit Zone this Saturday. Workouts will start at 10:00 AM.
