”To the Max”

I really enjoyed the WOD at Crossfit Zone this afternoon with Coach Toby!  We stated with a ‘Buy In’ of max Wall Balls in 2 minutes, I got 35, and then the WOD -”To the Max” which was 5 rounds (not for time) of:

  • Max push-ups (My best max: 20 reps)
  • 3 rep max overhead squat (My best max: 120#)
  • Max double unders (My best max: 20 reps)
  • Vertical jump (My best: 17″)
  • 100m row (My best: 9 calories)

I will be heading back to CFZ after work to catch up on my burpees, I did 110 yesterday and 20 before today’s WOD so still owe 120 :-(

I’ll sneak in a run after the burpees and before joining the gang for the 6:30pm “Bring a friend night!” class.  Should make for a great night :-)
