Catch up time

I was able to fit in a run on Friday but got no training done on Saturday or Sunday due to the move and as of yesterday I owed 305 burpees… I did WOD last night and did burpees as my warm-up so got 120 done so I still owe 249 today.
Yesterday’s WOD was “Annie”:
50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
- Double unders
- Ab-mat Sit-ups
and I got it done in 13’59″
Today I ran an interval workout on the track at Vic High at lunch – 6 X 400m. I felt good with my pacing and the times were consistent.

Next up is a WOD at Crossfit Zone tonight. I’m feeling a little nervous about tonight’s WOD tho’ it’s called:
“OPT Big Dawg Pullup-Burpee”
For Time:
- 50 Chest to bar pull-ups (I’ll have to scale these to normal pull-ups)
- 50 Burpees (I can hopefully rock out a bunch in my warm-up too)
The ‘Buy in’ is a 800m, 1000m or 2000m row then 10-15 minutes rest before doing the WOD, we’ll see how this goes…
