Bootcamp – a Review
Its true what they say about time flying when you’re having fun and this is evident of where I am at now with my latest bootcamp.
8 weeks and 24 classes down we wrapped it up on Friday with some wicked results and personal achievements. We are looking at running another 4 week course for the month of August and are in the process of putting the pieces together now.
