A Coach Boob Work Cruise – 45:32

A slow rainy day at work today followed with a great run with Coach Boob, Doc C, Wayne and Diva.  I felt very good tonight, the legs are recovering very well.  Running with the Wednesday night gang was a treat, I have really missed this run!  Will try for a lunch run tomorrow, hope to get out to the Breakwater.

We are going to do another dry run of the slide show tomorrow morning – I need all the practice I can get :-)
