Switch Bridge – 47:54

December 21st, 2005

A slow easy run today along the Goose to the far side of Switch Bridge, just kinda zoned out and ran.  It felt great!  Was a solo night, T was at her Moms for the evening, so I got a ton of Christmas shopping done, almost completed.  Only have to grab a couple more things, probably on the 24th and then will be finished.  I am going to try for another lunch run tomorrow, with some longer intervals thrown in.  Will try to do the five times five with one minute rest between but once again will have to see how I am feeling tomorrow.

My ass is still sore, I didn’t think I needed this much reminding!
