Climbing hills with a turtle – 1:05:57

I didn’t make it to the track tonight, about half way through the day I decided that a hill run was what I felt like doing.  I came home right after work threw on a couple of shirts, socks, shorts and a toque.  Then laced up the new Nimbus, pinned a blinking turtle light on my back and was out the door on the way to visit “The Seven Sisters”.  I had a good run tonight, was feeling strong on the hills and steady on the flats and with the extra distance with running from home got some nice mileage in.

Although last night I had been craving some company for a run and was looking forward to joining the IRR gang at the track, tonight running alone up and down between Richardson and Rockland felt great


I think I needed some of that in the dark solo running therapy…
